With a blog that gets updated once in while, a phone that "does the job" and no intention of ever owning an iPod I see myself as rather simple. I still listen to CDs and have difficulty sending an SMS which gives you a clear indication on my position in the technology food chain.
Recently I've been using my computer at work at fair bit, and not for business purposes. Grays Online for example. An E-bay without the dodgy Hong Kong distributors. All genuine stock from either insurance claims, liquidations, damaged stock or old stock from companies that have upgraded their inventory. Of course it has your mobile phones, computer servers, laptops and home entertainment units but ever considered buying a tractor?
What about a forklift?
Scaffolding?
Nursery workshop?
Steam sterilizer?
Energy generator?
Industrial furnace?
Concrete?
Why don't you just buy a fucking concrete mixing truck?
Name it and this site has it. Valued at same rather reasonable if not impressive prices. I bought a 5.1 home theatre system for $349 for example. Those tall slim speakers. 5 of them plus the subwoofer and a dvd player too. Why the fuck not hey?
Other than my addiction to spending money has been my new addiction to myspace.com and youtube. My 2 favourite videos for the week are listed above but my favourite myspace profiles could go on forever. Sure you go through your friend’s friends to find some interesting profiles but why not use your own imagination. Here's a few of the weird and hilarious ones I've found by simply adding a random word to the end of www.myspace.com/..... in the address bar.
